Foot Pedal Beer Pourer

This is not my first invention just the first im listing.

The idea behind this is a device which would hold a beer in a stand and have a foot actuated pedal that could poor the beer for you, preferably directly in your mouth. To be used while standing up.

This is something ive already created and prototyped.

The base was made of wood. I used a hinge and another smaller piece of wood as the pedal.

I then attached a piece of metal conduit about 6 feet (my height) to the wood base with L brackets.

On the top i mounted another bracket attached to some round metal I had. Actually pieces for fixing my exhaust (not used of course).

To this I attached a spring.

To the round rig i attached a piece of metal wire and ran it down to the pedal and screwed that in there.

Then i zip tied the wire to the conduit.

Now you can enjoy a frost cold adult beverage while playing guitar, painting or just loitering.

Invention Defined

For an idea to qualify as an invention first its gotta be doable. It cant just be something crazy like a roller coaster in space.

Secondly, it need not not already be invented. I'm not saying im gonna steal ideas but if i think of something im gonna list it, if its already been invented then ill try to find that and show how mine is different and probably better.

Thirdly, I have to at least make an effort to make a prototype. If it works I will publish instructions and the invention will then be public domain. If its already patented well I dunno im not a lawyer.
